I love this recipe but I’m just unsure whether the ras al hanout is to be used instead of the spices listed, or in addition to them? I’ve used the ras al hanout twice now instead of the individual spices, and it tasted great, but would it taste even better with all the spices too? I don’t want to spoil it!

I tried this recipe after having had a similar dish at a restaurant. It took a bit of prep work, but it was worth while. The dish was totally delicious, the spice blend was perfect, with a bit of heat. My only change was serving over couscous. I plan on making it again and sharing it with friends.
