A delicious and flavor-packed recipe! I didn’t know lentils could be so delicious. I’m adding this one to my recipe book πŸ™‚ I couldn’t find ras el hanout, so I used the recommended substitute for spices (without the cardamom)

so aromatic when cooking and best soup I’ve made. I use homemade vegetable broth.

Trying to incorporate more lentils and decided this looked good after reading reviews. It IS really great! Comforting and very tasty! I added some kale on day 2, and after the soup sat overnight, it was even more delicious. Adding massaged (with olive oil to soften) added something, as well as coconut yogurt dollop.
