Wow, what a tasty recipe. Made mostly as written, but I used pistachios instead of walnuts and white wine vinegar instead of balsamic as they were what I had in the cupboard. I found the tomatoes (and onions) a little sweet, so the vinegar at the end is really needed to adjust tang and dimension. Will absolutely make this one again.
